The company is a registered and bonded (Bond # 69027499) Legal Document Assistant for the city and county of San Francisco. Genevieve's exists to assist the public in completing legal documents, providing self service information and forms to clients representing themselves in court. We also guide our clients to the relevant information sources when they wish to assess court rules, procedures and practices.

We offer top-quality assistance in almost all fields of law. Our President, Maria Dawyer, is a Bachelor's Degree Holder, and has worked with Elaine Reed, a paralegal for over 20 years. The company board of directors are all graduates of either Journalism or Accounting, while all staff are Bachelor of Law graduates, law students and business administration graduates. You are therefore guaranteed an experienced assistant for your particular legal need.

Our service incorporates all aspects of legal form preparation. Upon receiving information from a client we proceed to prepare, type, collate, submit and file legal papers, leaving the client with nothing to worry about. Should a particular case warrant their provision, we will also supply all judicial council forms and other specialist legal forms required.

When we take our fee for document preparation, that is everything covered. There are no hidden costs, and no maintenance fees. A one-off fee covers all interaction between the client and Genevieve's Corporation. All costs for postage, fax expenses, photocopying and phone calls are covered by ourselves, not by the client. When we say one-time fee, we mean one-time fee.

We also pride ourselves on the fact that we do not require appointments. We are always open during office hours, and we always welcome drop-ins at our building.
